Northside coaching provides tutoring and instruction in the Queensland Mathematics B Course in a small group setting with an experienced teacher and one-on-one coaching in Mathematics B or C.

Small Group Maths B Sessions


The purpose of the weekly sessions is two-fold: 1. To introduced participants to and develop them in the main ideas running through the Maths B Course. 2. To ensure that participants have a rich understanding of the application of the mathematics they are learning. Tuition includes the use of Graphics Calculators and Excel as well as Modelling and Problem Solving and what it takes to get a VHA in Maths B. The Year 11 Sessions are on Monday Evenings 7 till 8:30pm. The Year 12 Sessions are on Wednesday Evenings 7 till 8:30pm.

One-on-One Sessions


Individual one hour coaching sessions in Mathematics C and Mathematics B are available at other times by arrangement.
